Wow, Selene is reacting quite... emotional upon hearing General Mbuni's name!

With the "Orbital One incident", Selene is referring to her encounter with Xenon while investigating on a space station what turned out to be an act of sabotage.
This left her with much food for thought. (And assumptions regarding Xenon's connection to Drake are indeed not completely unfounded...)

Also, anchoring in the background is the L'Indolente, the ship on which Donna Panks and Maggie Ashton had a very exciting fishing trip during their stay in Monaco.

In Selene's defense, General Mbuni is a real bastard who directly precipitated a war directly involving five nations, the deaths of tens of thousands, and a refugee crisis encompassing hundreds of thousands.

He can not die soon enough.

Reminds me, besides the famous musician and the Dicken's character, there's also the tall villian Tiny Tim in that 1921 Buster Keaton movie...

Seems that this name crops up more often than I thought.
(Though the Dickens character still seems to be the ur-example that all the other Tiny Tims are a reference to...)
